Through our extended outreach, Can We Talk...Mortgages, we’ve launched the "My Turn, My Home - 100 Women Strong!" initiative to support you on this journey. In our 6-week course, you’ll learn how to identify the best loan program for your needs, prepare your tax returns for a home purchase (whether you're self-employed, an employee, or both), and explore available grant programs in your area. We’ll cover the differences between FHA, Conventional, USDA, and VA loans, help you understand your credit score, and introduce you to the key players involved in the home-buying process. By the end, you’ll have a clear sense of your "why," a full understanding of the timing, and the confidence to know when it's truly your turn to buy a home.
